Product Properties:

      1. It features high purity, fine particle size and low resistivity with excellent electrical conductivity. The spherical particles form a chain-like structure, and its unique three-dimensional chain structure can build an efficient conductive network, outperforming conventional electrolytic nickel powder.

      2. It boasts great chemical stability and superior corrosion resistance, and can operate reliably in highly corrosive and high-temperature environments. It remains stable in organic binders and coatings, whether during storage or after film formation.

      3. It has good ferromagnetic properties. Nickel-containing coatings deliver outstanding electromagnetic interference shielding performance, which is especially effective for blocking signal emission from electronic devices.

      Applications:

      1. As a functional conductive filler, it can be added into coatings, adhesives, inks, plastics and rubbers to produce conductive, electromagnetic shielding and anti-static products. It is widely used for conductivity, electromagnetic shielding and anti-static purposes in electronics, electromechanics, communications, printing, aerospace, military and other industrial fields, such as electromagnetic shielding and anti-static treatment for computers, mobile phones, electronic medical devices and instruments.

      2. Substrate treatment for electroplating.

      3. Battery materials.

      Usage Recommendations:

      1. The conductivity of finished products is affected by conductive fillers, base resins, additives, solvents and processing technologies. In coating systems, it is also related to the electrical properties of substrates.

      2. Generally, when the addition amount of conductive nickel powder reaches approximately 30% by weight, the surface resistance of the product is lower than 10 Ω. When the dosage rises to around 60%, the surface resistance drops below 2 Ω. The resistivity of coatings decreases with the increase of nickel powder content, and the volume resistivity can reach about 10 Ω·cm.

      3. Air-dried acrylic resin is a suitable medium for coating systems using conductive nickel powder as filler.

      Storage:

Store in a sealed, cool and dark place.
